You will NEVER get banned for an aimbot... period

If you believe that someone has an aim bot, it's not even worth reporting to BFROE or Punksbusted, why? There's always such thing as a lucky shot, sure you can take a screen shot of them, video, PB screen shot, it doesn't matter. The video would be the most convincing thing, but it can easily be laid off as, "Their sensitivity must be up real high, or they moved the mouse quickly."

It does happen though, i mean ive had like 3-4 kills in a row before. And in a row i mean a 2 sec duration between kills.
It's all how alert and focused you are in the game is all.

if you actually saw a video of an aimbot then one of a lucky shot you'd see the difference, so your post is pretty pointless, those with experience know the difference between the two...

No ****! I've seen a video of someone "aim botting" on youtube, many of them. They glitch to sides real quick. The pass off reason: their sensitivity must be up.

Sure you can get banned from the server, but PunkBuster will never perma ban you.

ive been in a server when some idiot was using a aimbot with the svd,that is so obvious the dam thing firing off 5 or 6 shots in under a second and scoring multi-kills.

as for not reporting well PB screenshots can spot a cheater(not sure about aimbot)

but if they use it all the time then it would show in there stats maybe.
lots of players get banned by pb i am sure of that.

they should hardware ban them it would cost them more then.

Exactly, sometimes after starting to play stressed you may get pwned 0-10, sometimes when ur really focused and played a while in silent room you can score headshots with h4x0r efficiency..

EDIT: To answer the original topic.. Its really possible to see the aimbots and lucky shots difference. Ofcourse you cant rate someone to be aimbot after few kills ..

I freakin hate aimbots! I can be half a map away with my M95 and some jerk fires one shot from his peashooter auto and I'm dead! They should not even be able to see that far away without a scope, let alone get in a perfect single headshot at that range!!

I have also had people take out my tank with a single rocket shot which is also bull, especially if you look at the damage zones of the tank...a fresh tank needs at least 2 perfect hits with a hand held rocket...but these guys can do it in 1.

The worst is an aimbot with TV guided missles!!! The jerk was blowing everything up on Iron Gator and was still hovering his chopper over the carrier....NO aimbot there....geeeesh!!! He was also able to fire 5 missles in 2 seconds, and still the Admin would not believe he was cheating!!!!

Oh well such is the world of BF2....

you can kill a tank in one shot,there is a sweet spot somewhere,i saw a video on here ages ago on how to do it.

You hit a tank across the top of the front. It takes a hair of an offset, but the round hits the top on one slight side, then ricochets across the front to the other side, two hits in one.

I can hit targets pretty far away, I mean tiny dot far away, with the medic's L85A 1. I like it very much because it's so accurate. It does fire a three shot burst, so it may not have been a lone bullet. I bet the person on the recieving end thought it was luck. HOWEVER, it's an accurate gun. Surprisingly so.

That gun some rounds i find is pretty accurate, than other rounds it's a piece of garbage and you cannot hit anything. I know it's not me so, what's the deal with that?

I was on kark with some aim botters the other day..one guy with a SVD other guy with a F2000, all they kept doing is spamming a hack website after every kill...no admin so this went on for a while till I just got fed up and left.
