My design for a Battlefield 3. Would you move on from BF2 to this?

That wouldn't be good at all. The defib uses an electrical current to revive people. If you were under water trying to revive someone, you would kill yourself + anyone else in the water.
That is if there is realism in the game.

Definitely not, it would take way too much time to make. Also, alot of the jets are weak adversaries of the stronger, faster jets that are out there.
What about the F-117A?, or the Saab made jet.
Those are just two but i like the concept.Comment

F-117 is a fast stealth jet. His vision is about close air support roles that stealth/fast fighter jets just were not built for and cannot do. That is why there are such things as ground attack jets like the A-10.Originally posted by Darth_BrandisDefinitely not, it would take way too much time to make. Or it would be BF 5 if you included BF: MC or even BF 6 if you include Bf 2142. I might consider BF: BC the same as BF 3 if it was released on PC, but I don't think it will be.
On topic:
I like some of your ideas of making a bit more "tactical", but I don't think that will be a winning formula for Dice/EA. I think they will always make their games arcadish and let the mods (like PR) make them more realistic.
I would like a more balanced game where people don't need to be in the chopper or jets or tanks to make a difference. Stats probably have an effect on this, but the same thing happens in BF V with the choppers.
It would also be nice to have more things to do to effect the outcome of the game. Of course, more modes would always help with this. Ilike the general progress made in BF 2 and it would be nice to continue that. But hopefully that have learned from some of their mistakes.Comment

I like the concept, but would like to see more vehicles and weapon choices. I would love to see the Russian Kamov (Black Shark or Black Alligator) Choppers in the game! I also love the Russian grenade launcher that holds 10 nades in a circular barrel. Scuba gear and mini subs would be awesome too, take the war underwater!!Comment

When I made my suggestion, I didn't actually realize they have an attack version of the T-6, which is the Beechcraft AT-6. Supposedly they are trying to get these aircraft to the Iraqi forces in Iraq and similar countries for "counter insurgency" missions. I never did play 1942, so it'd be nice to fly planes like these.

I like the idea over all. BF3 Drug Wars is an interesting concept but theres no way EA would have anything to do wit a faction promoting drugs when they wont even put blood in the games so they can aim them at a younger audience as well. (not to mention lag issues added effects imply)
Over all the concept is well founded but I like the idea of this being more of that Spec Ops should have been. Going into uncaps blowing this up, ambushing enemy supplies, and the such. More of an objective based mission than just capping flags (which I DO still enjoy). Maybe take some of the newer modes of gameplay concepts from 2142. Instead of Titans have well defended bases you have to fight your way into as well as cappable spawn points and a flaged ticketing system that counts toward your team's global score at the end of the round.
Your aircraft ideas seem to take things back to 1942. Why bother having attack aircraft on every map that kinda negates the hit and fade concept. Also pilot election means only a few elite people will ever get to fly and all the would be pilots would be stuck on the ground (not that i fly or care). Instead make an actual pilot kit like in PR. That way pilots cant stat whore every kit. Do the same thing for armor units if you like.
Just my 2 cents on a decent I idea that I figured Id open my first post on.Comment
