Create Local Server rcon?

When i create a local server through bf2, is there anyway for me to login to rcon and be able to use commands to change maps, warn players, etc??? Sometimes I have peers connect to my machine and I'd like to warn them and whatnot.

If your hosting, just hit the ` key and type the commands

first off you have to make sure you have the default.cfg file setup with the rcon info

IP 0.0.0.0
port 16567
password whatever
