I think it may be something to do with the Internet Connection, ive had sort of the same things happen. Its when you loose packets... Whatever that means :P
losing packets is when one of the punkbuster clients crashes.

This also happened to me in wake.
I was flying in a heli when all of a sudden i heard the sound of a AA missile locking onto me.
Than a second later i just blew up. The thing is that i was on us, we had the airfield, and nothing showed up @ the top left of the screen that someone killed me.
This happened 3x.

That was us teleporting you. People really should change their RCON passwords. If you teleport someone through rcon, and they are in a vehicle it teleports as well.
i was on a ghost server the other night playing as uk, everytime our tank got near the bridge it launched into the air like a missile , ithink theres a new hack i town:shakehead:
