That's how I see the middle ones :hmm:
The originals look practically monochrome to me. Something out of the Vietnam era, really.
Alright, now I bloody get it. All the images are oversaturated. I went along thinking 50% added saturation in photoshop = 50% digital vibrance. It's not. Time to re-edit :)
The current [previous] images are [were] actually the equivalent of 200% digital vibrance.
Oh, and they're fixed now, though slightly exaggerated. Shouldn't look like Chernobyl anymore. Now they're underdone in terms of contrast. Damn.Comment

It's really easy.
Just open the nVidia control panel (advanced view) and open the tree as in the pic:

Just fiddle with the settings until you get it right for yourself. If you do any printing/web publishing work, I recommend against doing this, but if you do that sort of stuff, you'd know already, anyway :p
You can just take a couple of screenshots from BF2 and adjust from them, you don't have to keep ALT+Tabbing between the game and the control panel. As for ATI users, the settings are a bit spread out.
Oh, and the correct settings depend on your monitor, don't use mine unless they work.Comment

If you don't like digital vibrance, you could always jack up the contrast (and brightness). Powerstrip does this perfectly, all you have to do is adjust contrast there.
Examples:

Gives a photorealistic look to everything if you do it right.Comment

I hate the way it looks, way too cartoonish. I really love the less-coloured look in games. For example I absolutely hated Far Crys look, only to find out that a simple colour theme option made it absolutely crazy good looking.Comment

Yeah, on my monitor it looks dark. I can imagine how it would look on a TFT, but it's quite hard to get it looking right.
Still, the images aren't what's important, the colour adjustments are :)Comment
