I have been on the website and everywhere but there isnt something that just says download which i think is pretty stupid.

Eh, look at the right side of the site. It says "PoE2 Player Files". Player files is the files you need to be able to play the mod. Which mean download. You have been on the website and everywhere? PoE2 Player Files is the first thing I see when Im browsing that site.
Just choose one mirror there, and download. See on the battlefield soldier! (PoE2 is a cool mod)
