Ah i knew that though it looks rather interesting and why it has taken some time is because of EA or what ever the company on the grounds of legal issues.

If you're just hearing about this game then the 35 minute GDC presentation is a good thing to watch, it's a quick run through of a creatures evolution and the sheer scope of the game is amazing.
