"HELP" Connection to server lost "BF2"

Can anyone help me am playing BF 2 on T.O.W. servers and i dont know how start this happends every map online on any server i tested is lossing connection to server, my comp, spec are

dual core 3800
mainboard m2n-mx
7600 GS
1gb 667 mhz
SoundMax Digital audio

internet connection cable 2000 kbps

It happens to me alot too.
You prob have a low ping to eh?
All i do is reset my router or internet connection (whichever one you have) and than open BF2 up again.
It works most of the time

i dont use ruter am on cable and i have only cable modem,... i tryed everythink to fix this but cant,, update manually punkbuster, reinstall drivers, E.T.C.. and cant fix this sucks... plz someone who know what can be the problem help us...
