Battlefield scopes don't move at all...... Thus, BF2 soldiers don't breathe..... thus it does NOT simulate real gun movement!

Prob has to do with your concentration and focus.

yes i believe it does make you a better marksman, at the most basic and fundamental level. it teaches you to track targets......bullet drop.......how to control spray........working with a scope......and thats pretty much it.

do you know how annoying scope movement from breathing in a game is? it makes sniping near impossible, because when game designers have making realistic scopes in mind, they give all the snipers an extreme case of asthma. every second your gun is moving.......when in reality its quite simple to hold a gun steady in your hands and breath normally.......

gah just look at bf2142 or COD3. its hell. its ****!

All I know is that I shot expert before BF2 and I still shoot expert.:p

Again, Battlefield shooting doesn't resemble real shooting at all.

Yea, that ... doesn't make sense. You probably think you are more accurate, or maybe you practiced more. I highly doubt BF2 is the source of this.

While I concur that games generally dont improve your aim, they can influence your tactics. I play airsoft and after completing STALKER I noticed significant changes in my gameplay style, for the better.

                      BF2 doesn't help sh!7, exept possibly tactics.

                      And paintball sucks airsoft FTW!!!

The thing is you probably are just getting beter at the game now, as you have more expirience.

But BF2 realy helps our troops overseas, perticularly on hitboxes, yes our troops now kill better, and they remember to check their ping before they join a battle [/joke]

games increase downlage but dont make you a better tactical soldier on a real battlefield. clearing a room ina game is diff then in real life. weight. armor. the fact that the guns length is actually a factor in rl(m16 is a big long for cqb) etc. if rl style is what your lookin for go no further then AIRSOFT woot!
