ok well i just recently installed my 8800 gts and iv been gettin some wierd glitches heres a few of the pics

Update your drivers? Make sure it's installed correctly and isn't over heating.

failing that, it could be faulty RAM on the card. That looks very similar to what I had when my nvidia was slowly dying due to broken RAM.

You sure its getting enough juice from your Power Supply? Which PSU you got?

i have a 500 watt like i dunno neo home i think but i noticed this after i putt it in that my cpu takes like 65 watts and i think that i might need a new psu


EDIT: also i bought Rb6:vegas and its recommended required cpu is amd atholon 3500 iv got a amd atholon 4500 dual-core so i was like wtf

500W is a bit low, but one would imagine it would be fine. You may need to change if its not getting the correct amount of juice.

Try the card in a friends computer, if you have any.

all my friend s have like well im like the only person that i know that has built his own computer so im all only and like my familys computer well wait no it wont handle the card so im all alone....

Well, you either buy a new PSU, or you RMA the 8800gts and hope its just the card (but i doubt it). Could be other things suggested.

Anyway, im off to bed.
