Next Battlefield game?

To me the latest BF game is 2142. Is there any news of a new one coming out. If so what time period will it be. Personally I don't think they could really make any for a while. They've got time periods pretty well covered now. Of course they always could make Battlefield Civil War (BFCW) and Battlefield Revolutionary War (BFRW) lol.

they've finally milked ww2 dry and are moving on to modern, YES MODERN, weapons and stuff. Go to ign or something they have videos of the game. All in all i think it's gonna be pretty sweet

A battlefield in space is an awesome idea, that would be insane. But they would have to have infantry too, like on the spaceships or maybe you could fly into nearby planets and have all out war on the ground as well as in space but, i doubt EA nor DICE would commit themselves to the hard work needed.

Battlefield: Mars Wars, 2010. 80% this will happen.

Ofcourse, EA/DICE making it, it will have the most unoriginal weapons, vehicles, kits, features possible.

I got to play Crysis today @ the WSVG here in Louisville and it's pretty damn sweet. Although the computer it was running on was taking a beating when the attack chopper flew in. I think it was a Core 2 Duo, but it was struggling to run it. The motion blur probably wasn't helping matters any. The environment and shadow's were second to none and the game play seemed to be top notch. I just wish it was on a computer that ran it better. I will be getting this game for sure! (after I save about a grand or so to build a rig that will run it)
