can't uninstall bf2

I've been having problems with the game recently, long startup, long join server time and "there is a problem with your connection" message, so I thought I would try to uninstall the game and reinstall it but I get an error code and it says to contact my vender DICE, if I use add remove programs to remove it, it keeps telling me that all these different files are locked, anybody have a clue?

do u have admin rights on ur PC? you running XP or Vista?

Run TaskManager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) make sure that the program isnt running under processes, that's the only thing I can think of that would "Lock" folders.
