Stats Problems with BF Vanilla Please Help

[Firefox1948]

I have been playing vanilla for a several weeks and no changes in my stats have occured. I am still a PFC and have not recieved any unlocks and it is getting extremly annoying. I only play on ranked servers but I have not gotten any more points or badges/medals even though it says I have been awarded them during the round. They don't show up at my BF HQ or when i check my stats online at www.bf2s.com.

Please help.
