Re: EA has left us
I just got a response from my customer support ticket, and it’s quite long. The underlining meaning is "There is nothing we can do", a cheap way to pretty much say they don't care about the game anymore, we got our targeted amount of cash from all you folks. They didn't even mention a single thing in the response that they are working on it, it was all "Massively multiplayer online networks are unpredictable". I could paste the whole thing here, but it’s quite long.
And the second part was to "help them" find out what is going on with the BF2 servers by joining one of their "EA Officially Ranked Servers", playing a few rounds, waiting 6 hours and if the stats don't update report how many points I have, how many kills, and some other stuff.
I'm going to wait several more days on this whole stats thing. After that, I'm pretty much quitting. EA is definitely one company I'm not buying a product from again if this does not get resolved.
