Will BF2 Run on my pc

Hi i bought BF2 the day it came out and played it for a while and got bored due to bad graphics coz of my graphics card and slowish gameplay.

i have an intel pentium celeron 2.8ghz processor
512mb of ram now 1024mb
256mb graphics card but not very good.

im getting new pc tomorrow and the spec is
Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q6600
- 2.4GHz, 1066MHz FSB, 8MB Cache
- Genuine Windows Vista(TM) Home Premium
- 2048MB RAM Memory
- 570GB Hard Drive
- Dual Layer DVD ReWriter Drive
- 512MB ATI Radeon X1650 SE Graphics
- Built-In TV Tuner + Remote Control
- 802.11b/g Wireless Network Ready
- 20" Widescreen Viewsonic TFT Monitor

some of this doesnt matter about the game i no but will it work and if yes how well. thx alot. im a huge bf2 fan.

Should be able to run it with everything on high and a good resolution.

Should run it nicely, although i cant believe you spent all that money on all those top of the line bits and then put a 1650 gfx card in it. Thats like buying a ferrari and fitting it with a 1.6 engine.
