No, it's an admin command he put in.
You don't have to mod, when your a admin. You can just spawn things, but putting in the commands.

it's just when you create it you can have jets respawn even if there's already some up.

That was pretty good....
1)when the black hawks were landing one of em nealry ****ed up...lol
2)when the tanks were driving one of em was trying to drive up a rock...lol
3)The jet bit was a bit boring coz of all the slo-mo
4)And then when the battle finished at tampa there was a bunch of noobs ****in around...lol
5)When the FAV's where crashing into each other one just drove off...lol
6)Oh and i loved the green intro bit....

Sooooo overall= LOL!

You can spawn all the vehicles in-game with Sandbox!

I mostly liked everything after Tampa!
