yeah, I would like to firm up dates too, I am scheduled to fly out of town for a week from June30th-July8th.

And since I am pushing a lot of this, I feel obligated to play.

but we will still need to fill each one of them up at the same time. IM thinking that if we did do this we could have a few rounds on a british server late afternoon their time (5 PM) so that some americans would be able to play if we needed more people and then after 6 rounds we will switch over to an american server for another 6 rounds.

this way It wont go on that late for the europeans and each group of people gets a chance to play. if we finsh tied the winner will be the team that won the rounds with the most cummulative tikets.

we cant be lazy about this the match will most likly be next weekend and we have to use this weekend coming up to get organized and tell people who dont often come on weekdays.

as they are already getting a large list of players going. But we should start talking about rules. Do you want to invite some of their people (Captains) into our rule/map discussions?

We need to elect Captains for our group also.

Im inviting about anyone i think is trustworthy into the meeting since it will be an acctuall match I think the captain would take the place of the commander and then ill nominate people to lead a squad.

I requested over at their thread to supply us with contacts for Team Leaders to negotiate rules/maps/times.

all right I think we should wait untill saturday there we can some of the team leaders from both sides to meet and come up with a plan for the game I think it would be best if we are going to do 2 seperate regions if we did 6 rounds on the euro server starting around 5 or 6PM there and then switch over to the US for the next 6 rounds by that time it should be noon on the west coast and 3 on the east this will give everyone a reasonable time to play and a chance to have a good ping.

This would make it alot easier to keep our team ful
