Says kicked from server, but is a d/c.

Friends having trouble in every server he plays.

Will d/c or w/e but in game it says

" xxx was kicked from the server,
xxx was kicked from the server,
xxx has been disconnected."

He's not getting kicked which led me to believe it could be his PB, he updated it and it's still happening so any ideas?

maybe it is his ping when he joins low ping only servers. i used to have the same problem.
