mate you only get that when you have had a cheat or hack on you will have to buy a new BF2 disc

the ban only applies to the CD key. your account should be ok and you will be able to recover it on a new install of bf2 (new cd key).

Yep that key is a permanaent ban , time to buy a new one sir .
