I heard somewhere that a 360 controller is compatible with flying a plane in BF2. Is this true? Easier/harder than a m/k? Easier/harder than a joystick? It might be good for me because I play a lot of 360 in addition to BF2.

Plug it in....
If it doesn't recognize it right away and start working (which i'm pretty sure it does) just go to google and search for like... "xbox 360 controller pc drivers".. just use common sense.

Re: 360 Controller
I like your stats efcmandan, they are quite something.
If you cant get the controller to work just look up the drivers, there will be some out there. And on the subject of how useful they are, i have heard that they are very good for planes and people with controllers are usually better than those with joysticks.

Re: 360 Controller
Ive used everything from a playstation 2 controler to a x-box one. For thr playstation one I had an adaptor from a compant called Joy and the x-box one plugged in the USB port, if I remember correctly. I currently use a joystick because I didnt like the controllers there was nothing wrong with them just a personal choice. Good Luck. . . . . . . . . . . . .Red
