To be honest it's not all that great of a action shot.... If it shown bombs dropping on a bunch of people it'd be quite different.

Or if the jet was aiming to ram the person...

It's mainly because it's not that great of a shot overall despite the mod stuff... I've taken better but I don't think i'll ever try to submit mine.
