need help

i no im an idiot for asking this but i do need help... i get kicked for "0 minutes" by punkbuster and it tells me to go to evenbalance.com, i go there and dont really no what to do...i downloaded the newest punkbuster for bf2 and it says to put it in my "pb file" in my bf2 file but i cannot find it-dont even no if thats what im supposed to do but would someone be kind enough to go through the steps for me? i would be ever so grateful.

It is very easy to use and saves PB trying to update during the game.
