Orange Kill Name?

ok, on some videos, i noticed that instead of being grey, all the names of the ppl killed that pop up in the bottom-left were orange...

any1 know how to do this??

he didnt really say anything on HOW to change it to where it does that... he just showed pictures i couldnt even see

go to the stikies at the top of the page
RingMaSter has some of the files
download them and stuff

hi. i just changed my localization files 2 days ago, using the linky that sydus put up. it explains it step by step, but you quickly work out how it works. you'll read it in the link, but you can change the dispaly name for weapons for listed kills. i.e. in the tutorial, he has edited it so that the kit name is put too. e.g. player1 [SVD - Sniper] player2, and so on.

Thanks! this is really cool, I always thought that |ccc| in front of your name was the only way to make your name stand out.

um yeh, you dont download anything in the first place. all it is is a link to a tutorial, telling you how to change it so the names appear in orange.

there are all kinds of things you can do, i love the ones i made, if anyone wants i can post em up for DL. if you can handle the swearing, like for instance, enemy forces spotted (i spotted fvckall i'm fvckin stupid over)... i need a medic here (i need a defib slut here) clear..your good to go (clear your good to go get killed again..i need the 2 points) etc etc. all map descriptions changed. IE karkand description. (LMAO the most played map in all of BF2 you don't even deserve to be talked to go die) when you kill someone the you killed... is twice as big and orange for pure satisfaction and it looks sweet. and so much more

everything here is legal and perfectly fine EXCEPT what you are asking here, for your name to stand out, to be big and or orange is against the ROE, but everything else is fine, including AFAIK big text while dead.

Yeah .. I saw that as well.... Just that EVERYONE saw it... I could adjust the localization files and that would make MY computer see it. But everyone saw it. Could someone clarify?
