Point Scoring System

hi, all im asking for is a link that contains a detailed run down of how many points you receive for different actions, im trying something and i am stuck on a few of them.

Im changing my in game messages so it says what points i get for each thing. these are the ones im unsure about.
Revive, is it 1 or 2
flag defence, 1?
flag cap (right, is this 2 and so is neutralize, so a full cap is 4 points or what?)
flag neutralize ^^^
team damage (not a kill)
team vehicle damage
team kill (just for the kill, i.e. if choice on for forgive, how many points just for the team kill)
what is a targeting assist (its in localisation folder, was it ever officially included?)

revive is 2

flag defence is 1

team demage(if you hurd your teammate) is -1

team kill is -2 without being punished but some servers set it so you automaticly get punished which takes away 4 of ur points

duno the rest, still wait till someone confirms the ones I put up, im pretty sure they are right

link above says +1 for revive but im pretty sure its +2

A TK is -4 regardless of being punished

-2 for hurting team mate

revive is +2

Killing an enemy +2
Change an enemy flag to Neutral +2
Change a neutral flag to you faction +2
Revive a player +2
Flag Assist +1
Kill Assist (50%+) +1
Flag Defend +1
Driver Assist +1
Heal 100% of a players health +1
Replenish player or vehicle ammunition +1
Repair a vehicle to 100% +1
Destroy enemy commander asset +1
Repair commander asset +1

Deductions
Team Damage (50%+) -2
Team Vehicle Damage (50%+) -2
Suicide -2
Team Kill -4

Commander
Winning Commander 2x average team score
Losing Commander average team score
