In the hopes of a patch [1.5]
In the hopes of a patch 1.5... What would we be looking for? Would EA even consider such a thing? I have strong feelings that they will release a new patch. With such evidence as the Beta map Tampa Highway. This release brought on alot of questions for the Battlefield Community. Me, I feel that there must be more to come. What? I dont quite have a clue. The best thing I can do is take a guess. I hope they include more content besides maps. Maybe a new vehicle or weapon, one available to all users. A new Feature or add-on. Something to keep us entangled with such a mighty First Person Shooter!
As a part of This Battlefield Community... I thought I would put it out there for us to talk about (Like men, not boys) the hype surrounding this possible patch. Also for your feedback and additions as to what might keep us playing BF2 for a while yet. Many a players have probably wondered if 1.41 was all that EA was going to give its community. I have to say... ValVe software has been adding and patching Counter Strike: Source for just as long, if not longer than BF2. Which leads me to ask myself. Why is EA holding off so much on the continuation of a support system? What is it that holds them back from giving us more? Like, It seems some other Online FPS's have a constant support system for them. They are usually patched and updated monthly or Bi-monthly. Sometimes fixing errors, other times adding features and support options that better the online gamers experience. (New models, Different maps...)
All I am asking is for your input. Tell the community what you think EA should give us, what they should add. Because I know BF2 seems rather rusty and unpolished these days. This has been slowly happening. We all play conquest over and over agian. For years. No new game modes. None... So if there is anything you think might make the game better... In suspiscion of a new patch, you might as well post it here!!
