Unless you agree and sign a term of engagement or they (MOD Devs) control servers (like ROE for BF2), then server owners can alter whatever they want (Change spawn time, vehicles, damage etc..). I’m no lawyer, but I don’t see the threat of a lawsuit holds any merits, although, it made me laugh when I read it.
I thought we dropped the lawsuit thing ages ago?
@mitch66, that is why there are other mods for players to choose from aswell as PR like DCon
