Promotion To First Sergeant?

Hi all,

First and foremost, a big hello to ALL in this BF2 forum. Awesome site.

I have one question.....

I'm currently sitting on 32,000 points but can't seem to promote / progress onto First Sergeant. I'm getting my main source of info from

http://ubar.bf2s.com/ranks.php

It states the requirements I need to move onto First Sergeant. I've got all my badges except Helicopter and Aviator. Also, when I go to see my Stats....it shows a "Full Bar" under my current rank of Master Sergeant. (Hope I make sense). Anyone know what is going on and how i can getm promoted? Thanks for your assistance into this matter.
