Battles and Promotions not Registering

My rank status seems to be stuck. I am 100% to my next rank, and when I get one kill I am promoted. But, when I exit the server (yes, ranked), I am still at my previous rank. I know this is not a time issue, because it is registering my last battle as June 1, even though a played today and yesterday. Any suggestions?
