What settings can I play GR:AW at?

Hey..

My friend offered to sell me GR:AW for $10 so I'm all like :yay::yay:.

He's out of town until Monday so he gave me a chance to think about it.

I heard it requires an above average system to run it and I was wondering if I could run it.. If you can help me out, I'd appreciate it. =)

1.5GB PC3200 DDR 400Mhz
Raptor HDD 10K RPM

So yeah.. I sent a PM to a guy on Youtube and he told me I could play it on medium-high, but I just want to make sure.

Medium-high sounds about right. I have no idea why you'd want to play that game though, Ghost Recon gold edition should be around the same price, and it's a way better game.

Agreed the game sucks cows balls even for a freeby, its appalling.

They removed the main player switching gameplay mechanic, the controls feel clunky, and the AI is god awful. AI team mates will run across the enemies field of fire, and won't always follow your instructions.

do not get that game my rig:

4200+X2 2.7 ghz
7900 GS
2.5 gigs of ram

plays the game like ****!!! even on low it lags like hell...and the grfx are appalling

I wouldn't play graw on vista, it's nearly impossible, I have with everything low 800x600 an average of 10fps compared to xp where I have on 1024 and all med running with 30fps.

The sp and the coop are quite fun but in some points really frustrating. But if you have friends to play with coop you don't care about the teammate AI. If you have it and want to play coop you can contact me if you want.

The mp itself has been very improved since the release.

Pick up GRAW 2. Much better game.
