The server didn't update so you received it because you always started from the same "spot" in terms of stats.

lol, you must finish a round too, to get your bad/rank up what ever. But often its a bug, right screw up when its your gold explosives badge.

I am proud of that. I knew I wanted first sergeant so I tackled getting all my veteran badges!!

Could be the private bug. You'll get basic awards every time with the private bug.
