Ping Issues

Hi,

I've been having a lot of trouble with my ping lately. Everytime I play Bf2 or any of its mods I'll get random "There is a problem with your connection" and when it subsides my ping is around 800 and then it slowly goes back down to 60-70. Then after a few minutes it does it again.

I've ran virus scans and contacted my ISP and they said there are no problems.
My ping is normal in other games such as Counter-Strike.

Any help is appreciated.

maybe ur playing on servers that are in other countries..that can cause some lag

did u try updating PB?

Updated PB and im still getting the same problems.

As for servers I make sure I only play in U.S. servers.

turn off your firewall and anti virus while in the game, when I do that I notice considerably less lag spikes and my average ping is 10-15 less

also dont run anything like media player, msn IM or any other outside programs while your in the game
