hmmmm...I thought you could...go to Ea Games online, open your account, and change your profile. Go to Ea.com, click Login, after login click your name in the upper right corner that says, Welcome YourAccountName, click on Account thats in drop-down box, Re-Enter PassWord, then click Edit Member Info. Change and save.
Thats how you change the email for the account your game is registered with ...does it matter what email you have for your player name account? I mean as long as you know what it was, you can retrieve it right? I have some accounts that I used some emails that do not exist any more, but I can still retrieve and play with them. This is also why I use the same password for each account...don't have to remember all those emails. Not much help (I know)Comment
