I'm not sure if this was a mod or hack, but i was playing on a non-punkbuster server the other day, not ranked, and there was a guy running around with an Automatic 196 sniper rifle. What did he do? And also, people play in punkbuster servers and some of them have automatic headshots w/ snipers (especially SVD.) How are they doing in Vanilla?

well you kinda answered your own question more than likely its someone hacking on a non-PunkBuster server where the server isnt streaming the MBL (Master Ban List)

Headshots with the SVD isnt hard when you get used to it,
