Creative X-FI in BF2 not compatable with X-FI card??

I have a 100% updated Creative X-FI XtremeMusic sound card.

When I try to enable Creative X-FI in the software,hardware, X-FI list in audio settings for BF2 - it won't let me select X-FI because it is not compatable.

That doesn't make any sense. Any suggestions/ideas/fixed?

BF2 is updated to the latest patch as well.

lol man, make sure its on game mode....i have that **** switching to default audio setting everytime i forget to put it on game mode

Oh really, didn't think that matters. I had it set on Entertainment Mode...I listen to music way more than I game.

Anyway I'll give it a try now.

I like the X-FI card but I wish the software was the same as with my Audigy 2 ZS card on my older comp....much easier......no freekin modes to mess with.
