It has never been a problem before and recently I get stutter spikes in a while in my server. Thinking it was the server I went back to another server where I never had lag problems.
OMG it was way worse, I was getting stutter spikes every 10secs. It didn't matter where in the map I was, sky or ground it just hit me and I was flying faster than my cannon shells lol.

Corsair DDR500 @ 200mhz

eVGA 7800gt
Water cooled
I have ran anti-spy and virus scans, I have shut down all programs in the back I don't need. All drivers updated, and still no, it just gets worse and its starting to bug me.
