Gimme my GUN!!!!

I have just earned my new files rank up to Lance Corporal, and I was in the middle of a match when I unlocked it (L8 for Medics) and for whatever reason it wont let me switch to it. Then I disconnected and restarted the game, and it still wont let me switch. It still has the lock symbol where the two arrows should be. And instead of the L8 icon it has the special forces unlock for the G36E. I don't even have Special Forces either.
Could anyone please help?

Right, are you sure of the weapons you unlocked?

u dont unlock weapons in the middle of the game...u unlock them when u log out and log back in.

EDIT..i ju st checked ur stats and it looks like u did unlock it. so i think sometimes there mite be an error when u log in and it wont remember ur rank but quitting and restarting will fix that. and also, having the image of the SF guns is normal.
