I am looking for some kind of airplane simulator

So hi all,

I am looking for a sim...or arcady game like Bf2 but for planes.

Sorta like a dogfighting game with a campaign where some mission you do bombing runs and other missions are anti aircraft dogfights.

So thx for any good information

It's old, but F22 Raptor by Novalogic fits the bill. Used to play that day in day out.

Oh, I thought he meant he was tired of the arcadeyness of BF2..

Ace Combat would be your best bet.

UFAF for a arade type sim, or FS10 for a realistic one.

UFAF I assume is a type for USAF, which was a Janes survey sim that featured many famous American aircraft. It was a loose sim though, not anywhere near as realistic as LOMAC or F4.0 FS10 is Flight Sim X I imagine, which is nice for the civilian flight but there is no combat whatsoever.

My answer to this, you don't sound at all serious about getting a sim, so that knocks all of them out. I really don't know of any modern arcade flight games on the PC, although the Ace Combat series on the PS2 (and the latest version for 360 coming out sometime in the future), is great for random no realism dogfights.

Nothing beats IL 2 Sturmovik when it comes to WW2. I recommend it

A single player or multiplayer Sim/arcade airplane game.

Modern stuff, like F/A 18Cs or MiG 29s

try attack on pearl harbor the demo ,down load at gamershell game release next month, down loading it to check it out.
