Noticed this bug the other day. Two squad leaders and it also reported 7 people in the squad when only 6 was present. Checkout the screenies...

just a bug. it is doubtful it will ever get fixed.

Yes. But then somehow it would mysteriously switch between which one you could spawn to.

been getting the one where you get stuck in a one man squad and cannot leave alot lately, guys on vent claim i am not in a squad yet i see that i am, also can get stuck in a full squad that i cannot leave, cannot spawn on leader and they say on their screen i am not in it

lol, two yellow spawnplaces sounds like 2142. seriously, I also thought this was fixed, but it seems as if it wasn't. thanks for bringing this up.
