choppiness in game

Ok I have recently been getting choppiness ingame so I used Adware and spybot and had alot of spyware when I used adaware. After the clean my pc from spyware the choppiness goes away especially after I restart my computer after running adware. The thing is that I believe my computer keeps getting reinfected with spyware and adware doesn't permanetly remove it. When ever I go back ingame after cleaning computer, the choppiness comes back after a while of play so I have to keep doing this.
What is there that I can do? Is there other programs I should use and which

Ye, you can try hitman Pro, but if this wont work against your Spyware, A reformat is highly needed..

I would suggest formatting and starting from scratch, its easier that way.

Get some decent antivirus and schedule them to update and run nightly, keep running the anti-spyware programs, get a firewall. Also make sure that you are deleting the bad items after they are quarantined. Get rid of Kazaa, Limewire, and all of those bad, bad programs, etc. DON'T CLICK ON SUSPICIOUS THINGS ONLINE. You may not have to reformat, though it couldn't hurt.

I use Windows Defender, Ad-Aware, AVG 7.5, Avast! 4.7, and Firefox instead of IExplorer. All are free. I suggest looking into them.
