Starting Problems!!! Grrrr

:dead: I know you will say check other posts but i have tried EVERYTHING! Now, every time i start BF2 it would start up and go through the video thing then the person would say whatever she says (kinda muffled) then it freezes on the TV looking screen. my system meets all requirements and my video card is an ATI 9250 (or somthing like that ) PLEASE REPLY

Remove BF2, update video/chipset drivers, reinstall BF2. That will fix it in most cases. Or it could be that your $39 video card just won't cut it (many 9250s are only AGP 2x/4x compatible). What are the rest of your system specs?

if ur video card is PCI then it wont work

How do u update the video chip set drivers ???

You can get the video card drivers from the ATI or NVIDIA support websites, then just run the executable. The chipset drivers may come from either the motherboard manufacturer's website or the chip mfg website (VIA, NIVIDIA, or whatever) then just run the .exe also.

I'm going to try the fixes right now but i have to say one thing. 40 DOLLARS!!! I GOT TOTALY JIPED BY CIRCIT CITY.
I BOUGHT MINE FOR 65!!!Anyway ill tell you if it works. Thanks in advance!
