Continuous Disconnection

hi, I'm doing this on behalf of my mate and i know what is exactly happening, when he joins a game he click join game and then sometime into the game, usually within 5 seconds of spawning or clicking join game, it says polypythates has been disconnected, we have done lots of test and his ping is never on an average of more then 80 same as me and its really annoying, i think it could eb punk buster, and we really want to know

p.s it never says "kicking because of high ping" and it never gives him a reason for it, any technical help is really needed ty.:hmm:

Maybe this is a PB issue.. try manual update with this program >

Are you running with a firewall..? Sure all ports are open??
