ye its been there for some time, we just keep on forgetting to fix it, not that much of a big deal that effects gameplay

So is respawning and magic defibrillators and a horseload of other stuff.
Like Rhino said, it's a minor issue that has kept being overseen but may eventually be fixed. There are tons of other aspects of the game that more than make up for the small bugs.

IMO at least.
