How do you get the HUD move with you?

I think quite a lot of you has seen the video "Frag with Styles", so you might have noticed that the HUD rotates with the player. Maybe it's an easy thing to do and I'm so dumb I didn't figure out how, but please could you tell me how to do that?

Click on Options, over on the left side under Minimap, click Map Rotates and Follows Player. The other option is Static Map.
