yeah, we did that so it can be burned to CD easily without having to fart around making multivolume RARs or ZIPs.

based on our current build, you're probably looking at 2 CDs instead of 3 though :)

Bah! players like me who cant be bothered to pay $$$ for 8800's or w/e will be playing it, i haven't upgraded since well end of 1942...so i will be sticking with bf2 more than any new games tbh..

Most of the core FH community hasn't even bought BF2 yet, there waiting till FH2 comes out....they will make up the "lost" players who couldn't wait for a release. I know there will always be at least ONE populated server going...the community is just too big

even those who are upgrading will play but yes, its even more inviting to those that dont. who doesnt want to see a game they have been playing for 2 years look even better, not to mention the sheer fan base revolving around FH2. i cant wait to see her on two HD2900XT's in crossfire, muhahahahahha.

BF2 isnt 1942. Name one BF2 mod that anyone plays in mass.

Look, I'll be playing FH2 but the longer it takes, the less people will be around to play it.

i think FH2 will set a precedent for bf2 mods, it really will. its going to capture allot of medal of honor guys and many others, remember the new call of duty will be modern day so all those WW2 FPS players will be looking for a home.

theres allot more to that WW2 fanbase than what we see in BF2, if its good players will come,in the droves, word of mouth means allot more to WW2 players than it does stat happy bf2 players.

i truly think you have to consider FH2 as a completly new game, just using the BF2 engine. thats about the only thing in common it will have with vanilla, the engine,the craftsmanship will be on a whole new level.

FH2 has a huge established and loyal fan base from BF1942, combined with there excleant top notch team, they really cant fail.

With any luck FH2 will also get players to try the other BF2 mods more I really hope, otherwise BF2 has no future ahead of it.

I never said it was, I said FH community from BF42 which is still huge will be coming over from FH1 once FH2 gets released. These guys don't care about stats or awards, alot are buying BF2 JUST to play.....this community wont die down anytime soon......no amount of doomsday talk will say otherwise....

Read there forums, everyone of them is still chomping at the bit to play
