Making BF2 look better?

Hi,

Is there like some mod, or set of skins that simply increase the graphical quality of BF2? I've got everything at full high, 8x AA, and 1680x1050, and the game runs perfectly, so I'm hoping there is someway I make the game prettier to look at.

ah the weapon skins. tell uthe truth. alot of skins were made differently which explains how some expack skins look better then the stock bf2 ones. even unlocks. but what ur looking for is higher res texturse. well people can make them. thats for sure. but in stock bf2 ur stuck with what you got. poe and aix are making new weapons. that are probably totally custom skined. high ress im guessing stick around for a mod bananza soon

there are only Mods (for Unranked play), but there is nothing around that will improve Vanilla BF2 (Ranked)

BF2 looks beautifull as it is, I especially like AF maps, midnight sun is one of the best looking maps
