        I was just gonna' ask...

        Why not pwn some noobs? :)

        So why don't you wanna' run BF2 using the disc though? I really wanna' know, kinda' curious now. When I used to play CS, I always like the fact that I could just click the icon and run the program, whether or not the CD was in the drive. Now, I just leave the SF disc in one drive so it's no biggy. Sometimes I bring my PC to my buddies and we LAN up and play multiplayer online BF2. I guess having a ***** patch would be handy if you forgot your discs in a similar scenario. Or even misplaced them or the disc became damaged. But when I hear, have a free disk drive, makes me wonder what for? If you're just playin' Bf2 anyways.
