It's basically Vanilla Battlefield 2, with some tweaks done to it to make it more accessable to competitive play.

It mainly lowers or neutralizes Deviation, Recoil, Cone of Fire as it's main feature. This way gun-fights aren't randomized; and the winner is the one who aims better, rather than the lucky sucker who managed to fluke out with his Cone of Fire.

I personally don't play; because I rather enjoy the Cone of Fire feature. It forces me to use terrain and object cover as often as possible; rather than the traditional sprint - jump - prone - shoot - crouch - stand - sprint - jump - prone- shoot spam.

today on gator i saw some very lucky people

as SEALs:

an AT guy nailed a full transport chopper 6 kills
seconds later
the transport chopper gets nailed by the Apache's TV
4 kills then 2 from the wreckage landing on those who thought they were fortunate enought to escape

and after that another AT nailed it with 6 kills

as MEC:
a guy fires one 11-87 shot into me dieing squad getting 3 kills with one, made me lol as i sprayed with the Ak and started reviving

some moments really stick out

Ive been playing the assult kit alot recently (ft hours). Long range grenade launching is immense

That's a really dumb excuse. I have been playing with BFpro for over 2+ seasons of both 8v8 and 5v5 infantry, and you still use cover the same amount, even if you use cover in vanilla, it is still just as random. Also, Cone-of-fire, I wouldn't call it an actual "feature", more of a "thing to cover up how much we screwed up the hitboxes, so we added it to hide that". Cone-of-fire doesn't change gunfights at all, except for taking out a lot of the luck, it's just that in vanilla, your playing against really bad players, so it seems like that is the case.
