Bind messages to a key in my BF2 settings

i like to bind mesages to a key like--> visit our server when i use the s key for a example or a Follow our rules message on another key. Where in my settings can i setup a key bind??

I don't believe that is possible. you might try searching the bf2s forums, but I don't think you can bind messages.
