when your selecting a kit, there are 3 grey or white dashes underneath the button for unlocks, what do those dashed mean?

i know thats done with the actual symbols at the bottom of each kit box, could the dashes be representing how many of those kits are in use of the team?

its ur sprint value...and armor/non armor

2 dashes = the kit has armor but they cant sprint as long
3 dashes = no armor but they can sprint longer distances
