It was a riot, till the server crashed. :cry: Of course it restarted, however people get annoyed and drop after a crash.

The sad thing is that crashes often crashes at Midweek Mayhem's. It might have something to do with the mixed mode map list; Conquest, Frontline and Nuke. Bad timing and probably some bad karma.

I'm new to BF2 POE2

Hey guys I'm new here and just wanted to know do I have to install POE2 v1.8 or something to play on your server? I'm not familiar at all how mods work and what I need to do. Just a month ago I bought the Full DVD collection of BF2 and downloaded Highway Tampa as my latest update. But other than that I didn't download any mods. So if anyone can help explain to me what I need to get started to start POE2 I would much appreciate it. Thanks to all who reply back

Download the POE2 1.8 full client from one of the links on this page
It's about 1.75GB.

Once downloaded just run the installer and it will do the rest. The installer will tell you when it's finished and put a shortcut on your desktop.
Run it to play poe2, when serching for servers make sure you deselect the 'ranked' option on the multiplayer screen.
Mods like poe2 do not alter your original game because they install into separate sub folders.
